BB’s Freddie MUST stay!

Market Drayton’s Big Brother star, Freddie Fisher, is once again facing the axe from the hit television show tonight. The 23-year-old who changed his name to Halfwit on the programme was saved by fans last Friday but is up for eviction again after nine of his 12 fellow housemates nominated him for the chop.

However, although unpopular inside the house, Freddie is now favourite with bookmakers to win the show.

Freddie’s friend, Ravi Chopra, has set up a fan page for the reality TV star on Facebook. The page titled ‘The Freddie Big Brother Fan Club (Official)’ is open to anyone wanting to support Freddie during his time on the show.

And Ravi urged everyone in Market Drayton to keep the eccentric character in the house.

He said: “I think Freddie is doing fantastically well. He has had a difficult time and the other housemates are not treating him very well.

“I don’t think he is too upset about it, I think perhaps he is more confused but he knows that they are playing with him and he accepts that. Freddie is tough on the inside and very calm and collected, he doesn’t get upset about petty things.”

Freddie has had a difficult week with some sections of the media claiming that he is being bullied by other housemates.

However last week’s eviction saw Freddie stay in the house after a landslide victory in the public vote, with 91.3 per cent of people voting to evict rival housemate Sophia Brown.

This week he is up against hip-hop wannabe Cairon Austin-Hill.

Ravi said: “It is so important that everyone votes to keep him in, it would also be great if more people could join the fan club. We can’t take it for granted that because he is the favourite he will stay in. This eviction is going to be a lot different from the last because before people were voting for who they disliked, now they are voting for who they like the most.

“Freddie has been his own guy, he hasn’t got involved in any of the cliques and hasn’t said a bad thing about anyone. He is the most genuine person in there, and there has never been anyone like him on Big Brother before - he must stay.”
